Job Function:
Project Assistant will deal with the administration of sales via a computerised system and to receive telephone calls from the client, suppliers and team members.
Input and maintain computer records for sales and purchase orders. The Information needs to be accurate and complete. Data must be current and complete at all times and authorised as required.
Produce sales costings reports
Produce accurate breakdowns and costing for all jobs/projects under supervision
Produce accurate component breakdowns of equipment required for individual jobs to tender prices to suppliers and collate price lists for individual jobs.
Attend site sometime without a Project Manager present
Assist in carrying out site surveys and taking equipment details. Assist with site meetings and supervising site installations.

As Process Operator you need to have a background in handling materials and monitoring effective operation of machines within an industrial environment.

Job Role: Ensure that all materials are handled and identified in accordance with company processes and procedures. Keeping all machines filled, all equipment clean and maintained and mixing materials to specifications.

Maintenance Compliance Technician to join a global pharmaceutical organisation in Essex. Salary is C£30,000 + pension, healthcare, life assurance. The company can offer flexible working times.

As Maintenance Compliance Technician you will be supporting the Engineering manager and the engineering teams in developing and reviewing maintenance regimes and supporting acceptance testing. The main focus on this role is to ensure GMP compliance on maintenance regimes within the pharmaceutical department. As thus the Maintenance Compliance Technician will provide an interface between CMMS administrators who will undertake / co-ordinate the input of data onto maximo PM's. You will liaise with the Engineering Supervisor and the Engineering Support Co-coordinator.

Key Accountabilities:

Provide regular reviews of maintenance job plans in line with 'Good engineering practice' to ensure content and frequencies are correct, comprehensive and achievable
Ensuring maintenance schedules are in place and accurate on completion of new project installations
Supporting factory and site acceptance testing, ensuring new equipment is fit for purposes and maintainable.
Identifying maintenance training needs for new installations
Maintain accurate supporting documentation to GxP compliance standards.
Maintain day to day communication with the Engineering Manager
Maintaining accurate supporting documentation.
To develop progress reports as and when requested
To perform regular audits on work orders to ensure compliance is maintained

Personal Experience/Qualifications/Skills:

Preferably a minimum HNC in an Engineering discipline or demonstrable experience within an operations and maintenance environment
A recognised apprenticeship in either mechanical, electrical or electronics working in a process / production environment with a multi-skilled appreciation being an advantage.
Experience of working to a planned maintenance schedule
