As Process Engineering Supervisor you will ensure effective preventative maintenance is carried out in a regulatory compliant manner as well as providing reactive support in a timely and professional manner to ensure downtime is kept to a minimum. You will coordinate and oversee the process craft team providing technical leadership in order to maximize the Quality, compliance & performance.

Key Accountabilities:

Provision of technical leadership to ensure engineering issues are effectively resolved
Provision of technical expertise to support continuous improvement
Commitment to achieving production targets
Generation of training requirements and implementation in a timely manner
Carrying out PPM audit
Ensuring GMP regulatory compliance in the management of contractors.
Identification of essential spares requirements

Personal Experience/Qualifications/Skills:

Minimum HNC in an Engineering discipline with demonstrable experience within a production / manufacturing industry being essential
A recognised apprenticeship in either mechanical, electrical or electronics working in a process / production environment with a multi-skilled appreciation being an advantage
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead a multi-skilled craft team.
Experience of working to a planned maintenance schedule.

Key Accountabilities:

Perform planned preventative maintenance tasks in line with the Computerised Maintenance Management system
Continually providing reactive support
